  • Actually, the LACK of dignity is often one of the bigger problems among those living in extreme poverty. Which is why we are making the trip that we are making... to restore dignity to those living in shame, to bring hope to the hopeless...
  • I know there is hope there, but on the surface, much of Africa seems such a dismal place. My church has a sister congregation in Rwanda that we help, so maybe if lots of people did a little, it would make a big difference.
  • And that is exactly what this trip is about! We are doing some work with microfinance to help these people get the little boost that they need to create jobs for themselves and others. A little truly CAN make a big difference!
